It made my trip to San Francisco an such great experience. I had luxurious, elegant room complete with comfortable bed and many thoughtful touches, as for instance. Complimentary drinks at outdoor bar, excellent service.

I loved this lovely historic hotel, especially really huge rooms and super location. Pleasant view of ocean. They made my stay wonderful. Lovely milk, slices of fresh bread, jam, cheese and pastries for breakfast. Within walking distance of Powell Street metro stop, some 15 minutes walk. Good value for price, special service.

Amazing location, absolutely perfect room, very polite staff. Lovely beds and complimentary Wi-Fi, terrace and hairdryer. Incredibly nice continental breakfast - decent jam, milk, cheese, pastries and bread. Don't be upset for the location: a cable car station is located walk from this family-run hotel.

Service and staff were a plus and I truly enjoyed it. A deluxe property - an easy walk to everything. Found a neo-gothic cathedral, it's not too far from the hotel.
